Firewall and antivirus blocking EAC
The most common cause of EAC-02007 is a firewall or antivirus product blocking EasyAntiCheat.exe from making outbound connections. Adding EAC to the exceptions list resolves most cases.
VPN interference
VPNs that intercept all UDP and TCP traffic can break EAC's connection even if the VPN passes Fortnite game traffic. Disable your VPN before launching Fortnite to rule this out.
