Pokemon Go is hosting more weekly Spotlight Hour events in March, with a new selection of featured Pokemon and bonuses to look forward to this month.

Every Tuesday evening from 6-7 PM local time, one particular species of Pokemon will be appearing in the wild more frequently, making this a good chance to fill out your Pokedex and stock up on candy. On top of that, you'll earn an extra bonus during that hour, such as double XP or Stardust for catching Pokemon.

You can see March's Spotlight Hour schedule below:

Pokemon Go is kicking its new season off with a new event called Powerful Potential, which runs from March 5-10.

The event will mark the start of the Might and Mastery Special Research story, which will introduce the legendary Wushu Pokemon Kubfu to the game. In addition, you'll have your first chance to catch a shiny Charcadet during the event.

On top of the featured Pokemon, event-themed Timed and Field Research tasks will be available throughout the event, as will special Raid and Max Battle bosses.

Pokemon Go's first Community Day of the month takes place on March 8 and stars the fire-type croc Fuecoco.

From 2-5 PM local time, Fuecoco will be appearing much more frequently in the wild, and you'll have an increased chance of encountering a shiny Fuecoco. In addition, if you evolve Fuecoco's evolved form, Crocalor, into Skeledirge by March 15, it will learn the special Charged Attack Blast Burn upon evolving.

Along with the increased Fuecoco spawns, a few bonuses will be available throughout the event as well. Any Lure Modules or Incense you use will last for three hours, and you'll earn triple Stardust and double XP for catching Pokemon. The game will also offer special Timed and Field Research tasks to complete during the event.

The festivities continue with the return of the Festival of Colors event, which runs from March 13-17. More details will be presented closer to the event.

Pokemon Go players will have a chance to add another Dynamax legendary Pokemon to their collection with a special Dynamax Raikou Max Battle Weekend scheduled for March 15-16.

Along with a chance to challenge Dynamax Raikou in five-star Max Battles, the event will offer a handful of bonuses.
