Apple Music’s year-round alternative to Spotify Wrapped has just landed – here’s how to find it

Apple Music’s year-round alternative to Spotify Wrapped has just landed – here’s how to find it

The Apple Music Recap for 2025 has begun.

You can now see your listening stats for January.

A full recap appears at the end of the year.

The feature is called Replay 2025, and you can find your January playlist by opening up the Home tab in Apple Music on the desktop. On the web, and on mobile. Scroll all the way down to find the Replay 2025 songs, and you can then tap to open the playlist and add it to your library.

Not everyone on the TechRadar team has seen Replay 2025 show up yet. So it may take a little while to reach you. As 9to5Mac reports though, plenty of listeners are seeing their song selections show up, so you shouldn't have to wait too long to get it.

You can also head to the dedicated Apple Music Replay microsite to access your latest charts on the web, which should work even if you aren't seeing an entry for the playlist appear on the app's Home tab yet.

The playlist updates with your most listened to tracks as you go through the year. Month by month – so just the stats for January are available now. There is an entry for February shown, but there are no stats available yet.

You'll be shown how many listening minutes you've banked, together with your top tracks and. Top artists. Number of plays and the amount of time spent listening are both taken into account, Apple says.

As the year goes on, Apple Music Recap will note the milestones you pass as well: total minutes listened for example. Or that total number of artists you've listened to. These will be split up by month in the same way as the listening stats.

Towards the end of the year you get a full recap of the last 12 months. Covering everything you've listened to – so you don't miss out on the final round-up. You can also find playlists built from previous annual recaps at the bottom of the Home tab in the Apple Music apps.

The OnePlus Open 2 rumored to get a camera upgrade even the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra doesn't have

The OnePlus Open 2 rumored to get a camera upgrade even the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra doesn't have

We've got another leak around the OnePlus Open 2.

Macro support on the telephoto camera is rumored.

The foldable will appear first as the Oppo Find N5.

Oppo has been busy teasing the upcoming Oppo Find N5, which will almost certainly be sold as the OnePlus Open 2 outside of China, and the latest rumor points to the handset will have one particular camera upgrade – an upgrade that even top-tier flagships such as the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra don't offer.

As per well-known tipster Smart Pikachu (via Android Authority), the Oppo Find N5 – and therefore the OnePlus Open 2 – is going to come with macro photography support on its telephoto lens, offering extra flexibility for close up shots.

It means the ability to take close ups without actually having to get close to whatever you're shooting – that's the advantage of having macro support on the telephoto camera, rather than included with the standard primary camera.

While the feature can be found on a few handsets. It's not something that Samsung, Google, or Apple have added to their phones – so you could get more photo flexibility from the OnePlus Open 2 than the Pixel 9 Pro or the iPhone 16.

We've seen lots of unofficial leaks and official teases when it comes to this foldable phone. Some serious upgrades are apparently on the way, including a large 5,900 mAh battery, waterproofing, and a bump to the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset from Qualcomm.

This is apparently going to be the thinnest foldable to hit the market yet, and. Oppo executives have posted pictures showing just how thin it will be – with one image comparing it to the M4-powered iPad Pro from Apple.

What we're not sure of yet is exactly when the handset is going to launch, though it shouldn't be far off now. One rumor has pointed to the OnePlus Open 2 going on sale in the second half of 2025, though we're hoping to see it sooner.

As you can tell from our OnePlus Open review, we are big fans of the original folding phone from OnePlus – and that means we're looking forward to seeing what a new and improved version brings to the best foldables market.

Canon could be discontinuing its popular Powershot G7 X III and. Essentially upgrading it with an all-new Powershot V1.

Furthermore, the folding iPhone is apparently another step closer.

Apple may be about to choose a display supplier.

Nintendo is already preparing for Switch 2 scalpers ahead of the console's release

Nintendo has confirmed that it's already preparing for Switch 2 scalpers.

Nintendo's president Shuntaro Furukawa stated it will be taking "all possible measures" to counter resellers.

Furukawa expressed last year that Nintendo will make more Switch 2 units compared to its predecessor.

Nintendo has confirmed that measures will be put in place to prevent Switch 2 scalpers from buying up stock on launch day.

Nintendo's president Shuntaro Furukawa in recent times spoke to the Japanese publication Nikkei (translated via VGC), and when asked how the organization plans to ensure a smooth launch regarding stock shortages. He explained that plans are already in the works to counter potential resellers.

"We will take all possible measures based on the experience we have accumulated to date (regarding scalpers and the like). We are making preparations," Furukawa mentioned.

When the original Switch launched in March 2017, stock was low and. Was made worse by scalpers who went on to resell the device at an inflated rate. During a July 2024 interview, Furukawa confirmed that the business will be making more Switch 2 units compared to its predecessor.

"As a countermeasure against resale, we believe that the most essential thing is to produce a sufficient number to meet customer demand, and this idea has not changed since last year," Furukawa noted at the time.

"In addition to this. We will also take into account the circumstances of each region and make decisions within the limits permitted by law. We are currently considering whether any countermeasures can be taken in this area."

After months of leaks and rumors. The Nintendo Switch 2 was officially revealed in January. There's no release date just yet, but we can expect the console to launch in 2025.

A Nintendo Direct showcase is also scheduled for April 2, 2025, which will hopefully provide us with a release date and an in-depth look at the hardware and new software.
